This year’s Lady Wildcat volleyball team is aiming to build on last year’s winning streak, but also on their giving streak. They’re continuing the Cats for the Cure fundraiser and they’re selling pink shirts to support the cause.
When a teammate was diagnosed with cancer last year, the team found a way to support her by raising money to benefit melanoma research. They’ll have another “Pink Out” game (last year the stands were a raging sea of hot pink, but this year’s shirt will be a peaceful pale shade).
