The LH swim team is itching to see how it stacks up to the rest of the district. The district swim meet starts at 5 p.m. Friday at the Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD natatorium. The top six finishers in each event qualify for regionals.
Senior Laura Jean Mueller (200 IM, 100 back) is excited to see what kinds of results the girls relays can get.
"I think we have a good chance for doing well tomorrow [Friday] and going to regionals, which would be a great way to end my senior year."
The boys team is also feeling good about their chances to move on.
"We feel confident that the team will do very well and that all of our relays will qualify for regionals as well as some individuals," senior Bradley Paterik (50 free, 100 back) said.
