Rachel Stone summed it up on the Oak Cliff blog, “This has been a tragic year for cats.” Not only have we had coyotes and wicked human cat killers on the prowl, now some wacko is busted with 200 or so dead cats in an Oak Cliff home — and this time a few unfortunate canines got caught up in the grisly mix.
