Later today, we’re supposed to hear from David Dierkes of Prescott Realty. He will talk about the Town Center developer’s request for a zoning change for the planned development guidelines that govern the Town Center site at Skillman and Walnut Hill. (The request is Z089-262, for those of you who want to look it up, though I don’t think it’s on the city’s Web site yet.)

I got an email from Dierkes yesterday afternoon outlining the request: "In short, it is fair to say that the proposed modifications are focused on coordination from the conceptual thoughts that were in place when the PD was passed two years ago to the implementation of the conceptual thoughts going on now. It does not include requests for additional height or density."
