The Lake Highlands Wildcat Club will host its 8th annual Cat Classic Golf Tournament June 9 at Richardson’s Canyon Creek Country Club (map here). Proceeds will support the athletic programs of LHHS, LHFC, LHJH, and FMJH and the Wildcat Club Scholarship Program. Registration forms are available here.
Check-in and lunch begin at noon, with a shotgun start at 1:30 pm. Prizes will be given for the top four finishers and for longest drive, closest to the hole, and hole-in-one. This is a fun day for the community, whether or not golf is your passion. LH students from the golf team help coach, and players on the various sports teams – from soccer to softball – will hand out water and sell you a mulligan. I’ll see you there.
