We reported a couple weeks ago that some neighbors are working together to re-open the former Bailey’s 1st and 10 in Hillside Village. At the time their only real obstacle was obtaining a liquor license from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, according to one of the owners, Sean Hill Schulgen. Today I received word that they got the necessary licensing and are moving forward — ever so slightly behind the anticipated schedule — but Schulgen says things should move pretty fast now. We’ll keep you posted.
