Yesterday, we told you about a fire in a Lake Highlands apartment building. An e-mail from Merriman Park North landed in my in-box. It’s from a good neighbor who took a few much needed supplies to the Mays family, whose frightening escape is described in the original DMN story.
Our neighbor suggests that anyone in a position to donate can leave items such as clothing, dry goods and groceries, etc. with leasing agent Jessica Hinkle at the apartment offices, 8850 Fair Oaks. It’s my understanding that the family is in another unit at the same apartments.
