When the Lake Highlands Elementary cafeteria staff ran late this morning due to the lovely shower of snow covering icy patches in the road, LHE teachers Mark Dungan and Desiree Foltz stepped behind the plate (literally) to make sure a hot breakfast was served to the kids. Pinch hitting at its finest.
