I chatted briefly with Corner Market owner Chuck Cole yesterday, who let me know that this Saturday, April 19, would be another one of the Lower Greenville restaurant’s grill-out parties — Boar’s Head brats, Angus burgers and Moroccan turkey burgers starting at 11 a.m. It’s an Earth Day celebration held in conjunction with Corner Market’s neighbor, thrift shop Buffalo Exchange, which is holding a Dollar Day Sale to support the Galapagos Conservancy.

The other big grilling event this weekend is at Central Market today, tomorrow and Sunday. Expect to sample all kinds of grilled treats anytime of the day, but as always, the best time to go for the most samples is around lunch, 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
