It’s the last week to watch any ABC episodes you may have missed earlier in the (extremely short) season. The station is airing many of new episodes this week of shows like Grey’s Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, Lost and Ugly Betty (at which I spent roughly three and half hours guffawing last night), and until it does, any and all of the episodes leading up are available for online viewing.

I believe Lost is even streaming all four seasons in high-def.

Though I still prefer to watch television the old-fashioned way — record it on Tivo then sit down and view it on my TV in the few, spare minutes I have while also while paying bills, catching up on e-mail, etc. — I’ve found that Internet TV is a fun way to try out shows that aren’t on my season pass manager.

And since I have one of those "ancient" Tivos that records only one show at a time, there are a few new ones I enjoy that conflict with others. Thursday is an especially fun night; I already mentioned "Ugly Betty", which airs at 7 p.m. on Thursdays, but I also love newcomer "Miss Guided", which has been filling the 7 p.m. Thursday slot on ABC. It’s a show about a girl who was a complete outcast in high school then comes back to the school as a high school counselor. Judy Greer as Becky Freely has incredible comic timing.
