A few days ago Jeff Siegel reported his findings regarding Lake Highlands Town Center tenants — so far our findings are all based on the process of elimination. As Jeff pointed out, Sprouts denies that they are looking to lease in LHTC. So does Borders. (In fact Borders might be shrinking rather than expanding.)
Recap: Sean Christopher of Prescott Realty (LHTC owners/developers) said at a meeting last week that, though he couldn’t name names, the center would likely include a (specialty) grocer, (one of two major) bookstore, and women’s clothing stores.
